Adult Literacy at Learning Curve
The Learning Curve is based within the AK Bell Library building and provides a person centred adult literacies and language service. This provision is in high demand evidenced by their enquiry list with an average footfall of over 275 visitors per month.

The Learning Curve is also the Perth and Kinross Adult Literacy and Numeracy Partnership's (ALNP) centralised base, from where learning referrals are being coordinated and distributed between other agencies. Close collaboration between various agencies leads to the learning sessions being delivered by workers from several organisations and expansion of the learning offer to people who face significant barriers in everyday life.
