The Wellbeing Support Team is a community based mental health support service located in rural Perth and Kinross supporting people aged 16+ who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

We can help you to self-manage your mental health, improve your wellbeing and achieve personal goals; one of those may be returning to work.

We provide a full range of services to help you increase confidence and manage stress, invaluable in all areas of life, which may include employment prospects if that is your goal.

As an active Employability Network Member we work closely with a range of partner agencies who can offer additional services you may need, i.e. help with finances or staying in work if health issues or disability affects your capacity to do your job.
