NHS Health and Work Team are pleased to share our FREE upcoming workshops delivered in partnership by Enable Works.
The sessions will take place online via Teams over four dates in March 2024 and will include awareness around Neurodiversity, Inclusive Recruitment, Flexible Working and Successful Work Experience.
Creating a Flexible Working Environment
Duration - 2 HoursFlexible work environments accommodate employees, taking into consideration employees needs and obligations outside of work. This training will allow you to work flexibly, job design that meets both the organisation and individual’s needs. You will reflect on challenges and concerns, and gain insight into opportunities and strategies for flexible working.
