Promoting recovery, working to prevent suicide and challenging stigma are the main areas of our work. We are also significantly involved in influencing policy and planning in areas of mental health and social justice. We offer volunteering to people recovering from mental health or substance misuse issues in our city centre gardens, in mental health campaigns and representing the voice of people who use services at planning meetings and focus groups. We are also trainers in wellness recovery action planning (WRAP) which shows people good ways of looking after their mental health.
