Announcement : We want to help minimise the impact for people and businesses facing redundancy.
PACE was set up by the Scottish Government and is led locally in Perth & Kinross by Skills Development Scotland. It is a partnership so also includes DWP (through Jobcentre Plus), local authorities, Citizens Advice, colleges and training providers. Local PACE teams deliver the service across Perth & Kinross area.
For employees affected by redundancy it means free, impartial advice on dealing with the practical and emotional sides of redundancy and helps people access the services they need at this time e.g benefits, career guidance, finding and applying for work, advice on rights.
